2x2x2

2x2x2 means achieving twice the quality, twice the speed, and twice the sustainability in construction processes. This involves halving delivery time, significantly improving product quality, and fundamentally reducing our carbon footprint. It means changing the connections between supply chain and designer, between designer and manufacturer, between manufacturer and builder. And it requires a holistic approach that ensures every aspect of our process, from supply chain to final assembly, is optimized for maximum efficiency and value.

When we say two by two by two, what do we mean? What does twice the quality mean? What does twice the speed mean? What does twice the sustainability mean? The first two is quality, and what we're not talking about is a little bit 2% more quality. We're talking about how can we make anything that comes out of this plant be twice as good when we're talking about speed delivery from when the order is placed by the owner to when it's delivered. We're talking about cutting that in half. When we're talking about sustainability, we're not talking about being lead certified. We're talking about fundamentally reducing carbon footprint. We want to have less waste of material. We want to use more renewable resources, but we also want it to be flexible. That's a form of sustainability. Most people don't think about. Can it be adapted? Can it be used for other pieces? Can it be taken down and repurposed? This is what we're talking about. Two by two by two is a geometric increase. It is eight x eight times the value. In order to get to eight x, you have to change every part of it. You have to rebuild every aspect of it. You have to change the connections between supply chain and designer, between designer and manufacturer, between manufacturer and builder. So two by two by two is the guidepost of how we're gonna get there. That said, Hey man, if it is twice as good, if we can do it twice as fast, if it is, if using less than half, the resources will be able to turn that into an industry. And that's what's happening right now.
